All nations who want free,cheap,sustainable energy, *cough*Iran*cough*, who presumably ONLY wants nuclear energy. IMHO it's time for Thorium , and a joint effort between all nuclear energy consuming countries and nuclear energy hungry countries should come together and develop this technology post haste.
Iran could basically prove their disinterest in obtaining a nuclear bomb and help change the world for the better in the process eh???
