Right, I'm setting up a plugin for my desktop to use with rainmeter, if you aren't familiar with rainmeter, it's a desktop interface.

http://puu.sh/3eyrC.jpg < here you can see me using it.

So, I'm setting up an RSS feed for a torrenting site I use, I broke the link so you can't see anything because pirating is bad ;D (/looks at my 300ish owned games)

Is there an RSS for quakeone.com? If not, has it been considered, because having a small feed that would update every hour or so to show me the latest posts/posts with replies would be fantastic.

So, my question is simple; Is there a way to have an RSS feed for the site. If not, I'm curious as to why. Thanks in advance.

    http://quakeone.com/external.php?type=rss2&lastpost=1

That's very basic, showing the most recent posts on the forum.

There's more advanced RSS feeds that can be built - you can have feeds for individual forums, or groups of forums. You just have to build the URL string based on forum ids (internal numbers you won't know offhand).
