    I am going to make a Quake movie. Anyone wanna join?

    I am making a Quake movie that is like a speedrun, but instead of using radical tricks to play really fast, it will use radical tricks to make an interesting run. This will open possible opportunities to the parts of maps not accessible in speedruns. I will be using Joequake. E-mail me if you are interested in contributing at

      x2. Always thought those trick vids were pretty slick. Blew me away on E1M3 when he grenade jumps off the gold key island back up to the 2nd level...how many times does a guy have to practice that to pull that off??

      Afraid I can't be much help though, my Quake mobility is limited lol. Never could nail the bunny hop.

        Yeah, that jump is a bitch. I could 60% nail it in darkplaces and fteqw (increased jump height of qw) but in joequake I need more attempts.

                Because you are using JoeQuake, I might suggest Qrack for some features.
                You can use freemove (right mouse button when watching a demo) re-position the camera, rewind the demo in real-time, an record an avi segment from a different angle.
