    ID maps in .map format?

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to find the original single play maps for quake in .map format so I can edit them. Do they exist? Can I decompile the .bsp files somehow? any thoughts are really appreciated...

      thanks for getting back to me so quickly...7mins!
      unfortunately the link to the quake map sources is broken. For the record I googled quake_map_source.zip and found it on fileplanet.
