If you slam on breaks, the helicopter "might" gain altitude to avoid colliding with you.

I'm sure that's not the answer but I was wondering if the helicopter is necessarily flying at ground level or if it's flying a little higher off the ground, where there would be a little space underneath it.

and for the sake of running over the pig, lets stay you're driving at max speed already and the truck, go-cart, pig and helicopter are also driving at the same speed.

You're stuck inbetween all of these things. How do you get out of it?
