He's got BF2142. I've never played that one. Not sure if my system would even run that.
Well, it runs fine on my 512mb ram PC.

Well to put it simply, I think its awesome. It does everything XP could do, and more. All my applications run fine in Vista, Quake especially. The aero interface is stunning.

Sure there were a few quirks, but nothing a little tweaking couldn't solve.

It's a shame many people hate Vista for one reason or another. I haven't had one problem with it. I only got 1 BSOD but that was entirely my fault, as I was trying to install XP sound drivers, which really screwed things up. I know never to do that again...

Overall, Vista is a great, if not better OS than XP, but thats my experience.

interesting interesting.... you're the first person i've heard give a positive report on it. my experience at the office has been fine. i really do hope it's good, since microsoft will force it on all of us anyways; but there's nothing to stop them from forcing a total piece of crap on us

very interesting. i will most likely wait until they have released at least one service pack. err, rather, i would never buy it stand alone, so i will either get it when i get a new pc, or i will wait till i can steal it from work or something. it's unfortunate though that now we're moving to a new OS, because i'm really just starting to understand how XP works now
