    Wow, just going through a couple of pages of those reviews, several people have reported the same issues - internal parts not secured in place. Several people have reported cooling fans, cd drives and even hard drives just floating inside without being secured in. That's kinda weird that so many people would have the same issue... something sounds fishy with this company...

        When I think reseller, I think parts that are A) Used, or B) Older than 3 years, but that's aside from the point.

        You have to realize, any company that has a massive customer base obviously has some problems with some deliveries. I will even admit that in the past they have had problems, but as for now, they've upped the antey so to speak.

        A rule of thumb, never trust any reviews from any site, because they are always either manufactured by the company, or are ONLY the good/bad reviews. Look on any gaming site, a review for a sub-par game will ONLY point out its flaws, and not its good points as well.
