I've locked new registrations until Solecord has time to see how they were getting in. I think I had to ban 20 new registrations and delete 15 threads.

thats ownage to the max, it would be easier to rid the world of the nonsense and report ip addresses,whether it has bounces in it ,or dead ends on a proxy.

They were all different ip addresses, I checked.

I won't be able to check until I get home. I'm using an older version of vBulletin so some new hack probably was released. I may have to upgrade the forum which I'm hesitant to do because it may not be compatible with the CMS we're using.

It's not that big of a deal to go wardriving and just find some unsecured networks.

On a brighter note, change isnt always bad,and an updated or fresh look for Quakeone forums would be a welcomed change in my opinion....

yes thats correct spelling, and I agree, the current setup is indeed more than adequate, and it sticks to the quake-vibe of brown on brown, ontop of more brown, but I'm leaning torwards a complete revamp. I'll go create a discussion on dev tommorow morning.
