Is there a program that can take a doom 2 wad file and convert it to a quake bsp file with tools to simply change all of the doom textures to a quake texture?

It's so old, dunno if this would work out or not.
This might be a great project if someone else can write a program that can help convert favorite doom1/2 maps into quake maps.
In the meantime, I'll look into these files.

I heard Spike (the engine coder behind the FTE engine) say that it would be easier to make a Quake engine load Wolfenstein3d maps than it would be to make it load Doom maps. This was a while ago, though.16:03:04 <gb> when I put in a sng, I think I might need nails
