Very nice new version, having CD music without the CD is great

I have a problem though, the FOV command doesn't seem to work, is it implemented?

I ask because I have a 16:10 monitor and it feels like it's zoomed in a bit when I play.

Also, the bloom is nice but its a bit intense - maybe you could add a slider in later versions to control the intensity? Also is there a cvar for it?

Was reading this preview and noticed this:

Another Heretic element, the red rain weapon, will come back in Hexen II as a meteor shower complete with polygonal boulders that will bounce off the ground and break into little pieces.

I guess they replaced that with the crusader's ice staff rain? That would've been pretty cool to see.

There will be no software renderer for UQE Quake. I've opted to implement a point-sampled texture mode to emulate the effect.

I'm having a problem with jsHexen2, first it was missing a dll file, which was an easy fix.
Now however it's complaining about 'infolist.txt'.
Creating an empty file with that name just gives me a missing strings error.

I'm using the Steam version. Any known fixes? ... you know, like... giving me the file?
Default glHexen works fine btw.

Ok, that worked
Program crashed upon starting a new game, wrong fmod version.
So I downloaded 3.75 from some site.
Tried again, program crashed, 'failed to stream music/menu.mp3'

Hmm, I think I'll pass jsHexen untill it's more workable :/

May I ask which jshexenII version you are using ?
As you surely know, jeank updated this engine quite much.
Please find version 1.21 on his homepage.
The fmod.dll is already included in his pack.

In which subfolder did you put the music files ?
Which naming and format did you give them ?
I would like to test it too.
At the moment I have only the midi music files in my Hexen2.
